In the grounds of the Tränenpalast, prominently positioned between the Spree and Friedrichstraße, building began on the new Berlin headquarters of an eminent auditing company and a chancery. The building had been designed by the architectural office Mark Braun, but the project was taken over by Bollinger + Fehlig while the first floor of the shell was being made. The commission included designing the whole interior on the office storeys, completing the planning of the façade, integrating technical planning into detailed implementation, and integrating tenant-specific additions for all areas. While developing the office areas, we were also able to shape retail areas for illustrious tenants like Weekday, Superdry, AllSaints and Görtz.
