On the plot Dorotheenstraße 14 and Bauhofstraße 12 in the borough Mitte an extraordinary complex of buildings has arisen in the form of Dorothea’s Place. To the west and north of the pre-existing Collegium Hungaricum two modern city palaces have been built for especially high quality life and work. The tendering, contracting and construction management for the extended shell, façade and basic configuration were commissioned from Bollinger + Fehlig Architekten Ltd. Altogether there are now eleven modern, prestigious city flats and two penthouses with spacious roof terraces. In the shared basement the underground car park has more than 17 parking lots, and the garage can be reached by car-lift
