In close proximity to the water, BFA has planned the construction of two modern residential buildings with 79 apartments and a spacious underground garage in the Bergedorf region of Hamburg. The two structures, with four and six stories respectively, are located directly on the Schleusengraben canal, making the connection to the water and the spectacular view, an integral part of the design. The project on Eidenbaumsweg is part of a new residential district and offers compact, affordable condominiums, featuring materials typical of Hamburg, such as red brick. A detailed design framework was developed for the entire neighborhood, which BFA brought to life through a thoughtfully crafted façade concept.
