Originally constructed in 1905, the listed industrial courtyards on Wallstraße have been in use as a hotel since 2005. They are now undergoing a careful renovation and future-oriented transformation. The historic character of the buildings will be preserved while integrating contemporary standards. All surfaces are to be redesigned, while the reception areas, restaurant, conference facilities, and guest rooms get an upgrade with modern finishes and high-quality furnishings. Service areas on the ground floor and in the basement are reconfigured to enhance comfort and efficiency for both guests and staff. At the same time, the façades, roofs, and technical systems are carefully restored, while the outdoor spaces are newly landscaped. The result is a hotel that combines heritage with modern living – a welcoming place to arrive, stay, and truly feel at ease.
